If you’re feeling low, disconnected, unable to cope then counselling could be just what you're searching for. I know hard it can be to ask for help, to feel like a burden and to not know where to begin, let alone what to do. Even if you're surrounded by people, sometimes you can feel so alone

I can help you make sense of your feelings and emotions and help you gain insight of what you cannot see or hear. I try my hardest to really see you and to hear you. 

It's so important you feel comfortable.

I offer counselling in person at my office in Newcastle (Gateshead): virtually on video or phone and I am open to walk and talk therapy across Tyne and Wear. Please get in touch to find out more.

About me

My main goal is to make sure you're getting the right support. I am a firm believer that everyone is unique so I adjust my therapeutic approach for each client I work with. I am very open about the process of therapy with my clients, so you feel in safe hands. 

I want to connect with you and listen to you. I will explain what to expect from the sessions when we speak on our consultations. It can be a big step to make that call, but when you do, it will be ok.
