HOW CAN I HELP?
Counselling can help you to understand your thoughts and emotions and help you build inner resilience so you can heal and grow.
From the start, I try to create a comfortable environment in which my clients can feel at ease. There are several ways of working with me, including virtual and in-person options. Take a look at the services I provide, and feel free to reach out with any questions. I offer options to make therapy affordable.

If you’re feeling low, disconnected, unable to cope then counselling could be just what you're searching for. I know hard it can be to ask for help, to feel like a burden and to not know where to begin, let alone what to do. Even if you're surrounded by people, sometimes you can feel so alone.
I can help you make sense of your feelings and emotions and help you gain insight of what you cannot see or hear. I try my hardest to really see you and to hear you.
It's so important you feel comfortable.

My main goal is to make sure you're getting the right support. I am a firm believer that everyone is unique so I adjust my therapeutic approach for each client I work with. I am very open about the process of therapy with my clients, so you feel in safe hands.
I want to connect with you and listen to you. I will explain what to expect from the sessions when we speak on our consultations. It can be a big step to make that call, but when you do, it will be ok.
