How will counselling help me?

Counselling can help you to understand your thoughts and emotions and help you build inner resilience so you can heal and grow.

​You will develop an understanding of yourself and your needs and along the way, you will gain coping tools that will support you, long after the therapy comes to an end.

I can support you with different mental health issues, including anxiety and depression and some of the leading causes of mental health issues, such as: feeling lost and stuck in your identity and relationships.

I offer support for different forms of trauma, self harm and suicide.

If you're grieving a death or living loss, I can also support you.

What can I expect?

I will get back to your request via email or phone to let you know if I have availability and to find out your reasons for reaching out. If I am able to support you, I will book you in for an initial session which is £50. If you decide you want to go ahead then sessions are £55 weekly or £65 fortnightly. I will conduct a clinical assessment in our first session to make a tailored plan for supporting you.
